If you guys follow me on social media, you already know that I am SICK of our recent news cycle. Literally sick of it. As a former journalism & communications major, I’d been indoctrinated to stay on top of national and international news. These days, I can’t. I find myself shutting off the television more and more.
And maybe that’s a good thing. At least I think so.
Today I revisited my bookshelf and pulled out a few faves that hadn’t had their pages turned in a while. This coffee table book from Mary Tomer about my favorite First Lady is everything!
I should have taken more shots of the inside pages so that you could see what a treat this book is, but I won’t spoil it for you in the case that you order one for yourself!
In all honesty, I am more of a fiction murder mystery girl, myself. But this is a nice departure from the blood and crime page-turners. What are some of your favorite books?
