Making the transition into spring is tricky–especially in Atlanta when the temps vary from hour to hour. No literally. Hour. To. Hour. So I took the advice that all good mothers have given their children at one point in time. LAYER!
This pussy bow blouse was completely makeshift in that I used black ribbon for my bow, a staple white blouse from my closet, and a faux fur jacket as the final luscious layer. Just so you know, this jacket is soooo luscious and soft and looks stunning in person. Even better, it’s still available and is only $21! (see below)
I’ve never NOT been in love with distressed denim, so why not wear a pair of ripped jeans? (I scored these from Target for under $10, btw. Eek!) And I can’t get enough of a the ultra feminine lace-up flat these days. To me, this is the perfect transitional item for when the weather whispers “not quite a boot day, but still not a sandal day either.”
